Enjoy the beautiful beach of Amelia Island while staying at this oceanfront, third floor condominium. Ocean view from the master bedroom and living room with a spacious balcony large enough for dining. The master bedroom faces the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination in both. Highspeed internet and cable television are provided. This unit has tile in the kitchen and living room areas with carpet floors in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen but you will probably spend most of your time on the private balcony.
Atlantis has a private walkway to the beach. There are lighted tennis courts and a beautiful pool.
ONLY ONE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. There are no visitor spots available and parking is strictly enforced by the onsite HOA manager.
No pets or grills are allowed at Atlantis.
