"Rental manager was very helpful, I had somehow lost my entry instructions when we arrived, they were kind enough to re-email them to us immediately. It’s a great condo on the end with so much more light and windows. We would recommend to our friends and certainly rent again!

"We loved the accommodations and the view is truly endless and amazing! The check out instructions were sent out while we were at Amelia South, but we never checked our emails while on vacation, so we did not know about the check-our procedures unless they were printed out on the room instruction sheet. SORRY, we did not strip the beds or take the trash to the dumpster or put the 123456 with then a check to let you know we were gone. We did leave the room towels, etc. by the dryer as the check-out sheet in the room instructed.

"We chose this place to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Had a little time with granddaughter and a little time alone. Couldn’t have had a better place to relax and enjoy. "Everything about the reservation process was very easy. Had a question before we arrived and the response was very prompt. The unit we rented was very updated which we really enjoyed. Supplies were plentiful. Only issue we noted was a reviewer before us noted the bathroom sink drain was slow..well it still is. My husband reattached the clip on the pop up sink drain since it was not working. Loved the corner unit.

"Amelia south unit 4 N was very nicely renovated. We loved all the window views. It is well equipped with all that you need and is conveniently located at the end near the stairs if you are okay with taking the stairs. Elevator was handy with carts too. The building itself is in need of some renovating and I think that's what was going on. Quite a bit of jack hammering at the bottom of our stairs. Our internet WIFI did not work the entire time and Comcast was not able to come till the day we left but host was nice anough to credit our account some $$. We were thankful that there were games, puzzles and books. We put 2 puzzles together and ready 2 books-I guess what people did when there was no TV. Ha! If I can make a suggestion I would say to tint the windows on the patio or the very least have them cleaned good between guests so we could see out better. Over all the place was nice, clean and comfortable. We made great memories and loved our first visit to Amelia Island.

"Lovely weekend!! The corner unit provides beautiful views of the sunrises. Kitchen is well stocked, and unit is nicely decorated (updated as advertised!). Lovely beach for walking and collecting seashells. Arrival and departure process is easy and hassle free thanks to Mocks Vacations!

"The condo was perfect for our group of four adults. We stayed the week of February 21st and couldn't have been happier with proximity to the beach and all that Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach has to offer. Fellow residents/guests were friendly, everyone greeted us with a smile and waived to us when sitting on the generously-sized balcony each morning. Pictures of the condo are accurate...furniture is new, rooms are bright, view is excellent. Would definitely stay in 4N again!

"Just returned from a wonderful week at Fernandina Beach. The condo was exactly as described, and looks just like the photos. Tasteful and updated decor throughout. All the beds were very comfortable. The balcony is huge and provides expansive views of the beautiful Atlantic. Comfy couches and a large tv in the living room. The location is perfect too...close to restaurants and grocery stores. We were fortunate to have perfect weather the whole week; it didn’t rain a single time. Will definitely return to Amelia Island!

"Very clean condo with a great balcony and the best view ever! Great kitchen equipped with everything we needed! Most appliances seemed to be brand new as it was described! The only thing is that we could have a better view from master bedroom if windows were a little more cleaner but overalls we enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo!

"Endless Summer is a great unit. It was perfect for my teenage daughter and me. The living space is great. It has a great view of the water. Our trip was cut short because of a hurricane. We would like to come back to see more of what Amelia Island has to offer. There is a book in the unit that has lots of suggestions of places to eat and things to do. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a cooler to take to the beach in the hall closet. There are chairs for the beach in the bedroom closet. I love that the unit has a entry code to use instead of a key - it is just one less thing to have to keep track of.

"We had a great week on Amelia island. The condo has a nice floor plan and some good updates. The view from the primary, the living room and the balcony is top notch. It's a short walk to the beach. The condo is “centrally” located and 10-20 mins to everywhere you want to go on the island. Recommend the Cat boat tour by Riptides.
