Important Notice:
We’re excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

"The elevator needs to be worked on. I know it sees a lot of use, but one day it was closing on people, which was very dangerous. Then someone worked on it and it wouldn't close and when it finally closed, it would stop at every floor and take minutes of sitting before the door closed again. The elevator is my one complaint. All other aspects of our stay was wonderful.
