In 1974, I founded Amelia Island's first full-service real estate company, offering
vacation rentals, long-term leasing, and real estate services across Nassau County, with
offices in Amelia Island, Yulee, and Callahan. I’ve been blessed in my career in many
ways. I was inducted into the ERA Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2018, and I was honored as
Realtor of the Year in 2000 by the Amelia Island Greater Nassau County Association of
Realtors. Serving others is my passion and the team we have built does just that. We
take price in providing excellent service to our customers. I am deeply committed to
serving my community. I serve on my church's school board, support the Set Free
Ministry in Yulee by serving on their board of directors, and I am also honored to serve
on the board of missions for the Florida Baptist Convention. One of my greatest
blessings has been the opportunity to serve others through my local church, First
Baptist Church of Fernandina, as a Deacon for the past 35 years.

I’m Kim, and I’ve had the pleasure of watching our company grow over the past 29
years. As the Operations Manager, my role is to remove obstacles to provide a
pathway to success. It is my priority to ensure high-quality customer service and
develop processes and practices rooted in our Christian principles and 7 core values.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband of 33 years, watching football, and
reading by the pool. It is true joy to spend time with my two sons and six grandchildren.
I’m also deeply involved in our church and enjoy serving others. I have been nominated
as “Office Coordinator of the Year” with ERA two consecutive years and attended
college on an academic scholarship.

Hi, I’m Linda Go, and I’ve been living on Amelia Island for 25 years. As the Asset Manager, I manage all of our properties and ensure our offices have everything
needed to operate efficiently. My role involves overseeing equipment, services, and
maintenance, working behind the scenes to support our front office staff and sales
associates. Outside of work, I’m passionate about theatre and travel, and I stay
involved in local organizations such as Amelia Community Theatre, Blue Fire Theatre,
and the Baptist Hospital Auxiliary. I also support charities like Barnabas, Joy to the
Children, and Micah’s Place. I love spending time with my husband Matt, our son Andy,
and three grandchildren.

happily married to Mike Schneider for 11 wonderful years, and we share our

beach, and traveling. I’m passionate about helping those in need and support causes
like the homeless shelter and Open Arms Outreach Ministry. I also love decorating and

Hi, I am Roger Martin. I’ve been a top-producing real estate agent in Nassau County since
2004, working with ERA Fernandina Beach Realty. In 2022, I earned my Broker’s license
and now serve as a Supporting Broker Associate. In this role, I continue to actively sell real
estate while also mentoring and training new agents, helping them with their day-to-day
transactions and guiding them in growing their careers. It’s incredibly rewarding to see
them succeed in the business. Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about giving back to
the community. I’ve served as Treasurer and President of Micah's Place, volunteered at
Hope House, and my wife, Dina, and I host weekly pancake breakfasts for 30-35 middle
schoolers at our home. We’ve been married for over 20 years and enjoy traveling,
spending time at the beach, and participating in youth and mission trips.
