In 1974, I founded Amelia Island's first full-service real estate company, offering vacation rentals, long-term leasing, and real estate services across Nassau County, with offices in Amelia Island, Yulee, and Callahan. I’ve been blessed in my career in many ways. I was inducted into the ERA Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2018, and I was honored as Realtor of the Year in 2000 by the Amelia Island Greater Nassau County Association of Realtors. Serving others is my passion and the team we have built does just that. We take price in providing excellent service to our customers. I am deeply committed to serving my community. I serve on my church's school board, support the Set Free Ministry in Yulee by serving on their board of directors, and I am also honored to serve on the board of missions for the Florida Baptist Convention. One of my greatest blessings has been the opportunity to serve others through my local church, First Baptist Church of Fernandina, as a Deacon for the past 35 years.

I’m Kim, and I’ve had the pleasure of watching our company grow over the past 29 years. As the Operations Manager, my role is to remove obstacles to provide a pathway to success. It is my priority to ensure high-quality customer service and develop processes and practices rooted in our Christian principles and 7 core values. Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband of 33 years, watching football, and reading by the pool. It is true joy to spend time with my two sons and six grandchildren. I’m also deeply involved in our church and enjoy serving others. I have been nominated as “Office Coordinator of the Year” with ERA two consecutive years and attended college on an academic scholarship.

Hi, I’m Linda Go, and I’ve been living on Amelia Island for 25 years. As the Asset Manager, I manage all of our properties and ensure our offices have everything needed to operate efficiently. My role involves overseeing equipment, services, and maintenance, working behind the scenes to support our front office staff and sales associates. Outside of work, I’m passionate about theatre and travel, and I stay involved in local organizations such as Amelia Community Theatre, Blue Fire Theatre, and the Baptist Hospital Auxiliary. I also support charities like Barnabas, Joy to the Children, and Micah’s Place. I love spending time with my husband Matt, our son Andy, and three grandchildren.

Hi, I’m Diane, and I truly cherish my “work family” and take great pride in contributing to our company’s success. I manage a variety of roles, including bookkeeper, office manager, and HR manager, ensuring smooth operations, financial accuracy, and a positive work environment for everyone. I’ve been happily married to Mike Schneider for 11 wonderful years, and we share our home with three beloved fur babies: Oliver, Charlie, and Gibson. As a devoted animal lover, I find joy in anything related to animals, especially dogs.

I’m Jeremiah and I am a dedicated son, brother, and father with a passion for hospitality. My journey began with Norwegian Cruise Line as an in-room dining manager, traveling the world and gaining valuable experience. A Colorado native, I moved to Amelia Island to be closer to my daughter. I’m proud to serve as the Vacation Rental Director, leading my team to excellence and ensuring top-notch service for both guests and property owners. I’ve also served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA). Outside of work, I enjoy attending anime conventions with my daughter, watching football, working out, and cruising. Career highlights include winning Manager of the Quarter for NCL, leading a Team of the Year, and receiving the ROSE Award in Florida. I live by the motto: "Make a difference in every moment."

Devaney DeBerry

Hi, I’m Devaney, and I’ve lived in the area for over 30 years, building strong community ties. In my role in the vacation rental department, I’m passionate about providing excellent service to both guests and property owners. Outside of work, I’m a busy mom to two energetic boys, who are truly my "heart" in human form. I support causes like breast cancer research, the homeless coalition, Habitat for Humanity, and Community Hospice. Over the years, I’ve earned several awards, including Leadership and Rose Awards, and I hold certifications in Real Estate, CPR/BLS, and as a Safe-Serv Manager.
