Unit 224 is a corner unit and has a beautiful ocean view from the side as well as the balcony. It has a King bed in the master bedroom, a Double bed in the second bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the ling area. Recently updated, you will find this unit to be comfortable with soft leather furniture.
In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation. For those who consider the Internet a must, it is complimentary in the condo as well as on the pier while you are waiting for the big ones to bite. The 890 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier.
If you are looking forward to just lounging around the pool, it is located on the ocean side of the complex. Also in this area for your enjoyment, we have a community grill area with picnic table and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There are two very well maintained tennis courts available also on a first come basis. Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.
